To submit an official complaint, please use the form below. Once received, DTA will email you an acknowledgement containing the information you provided. We aim to fully respond to your complaint within 15 working days.
All forms are handled in strictest confidence. If you are still not satisfied, you can ask the DTA Executive Director to review the matter.
