
Creating Supportive Environments: Rural NSW Workshop series
Overview
Join our workshop as we address ways to effectively use existing buildings to better support people living with dementia, as well as strategies for developing better buildings.
Each workshop has two parts. You are welcome to register for and attend the morning session, afternoon session, or both.
Morning session: DTA will focus on why environments matter, what care staff can do, and how to renovate buildings to better support residents.
Afternoon session: Constructive Dialogue will provide case studies from Aboriginal medical and community services that demonstrate how to develop a social brief and effectively build in rural and remote Australia.
