About this Module

In this module we ask you how you go about documenting your observations about people living with dementia who are your patients. We explore the value and limitations of some behavioural observation tools. We examine pharmacological strategies including the use of antipsychotics in dementia, their known adverse effects, and the use of medications in the management of changed behaviour in acute care. The final activity asks you to reflect on all of this course's modules in a care planning scenario.
