Changed Behaviour – An Introduction
The name of this focus area is changing from "Responsive Behaviours" to "Changed Behaviour". You may see both terms while we transition our content to Changed Behaviour.
This 15-minute video introduces changed behaviour – why they occur and what we can do to help reduce or eliminate them.
The video is suitable for anyone working in a dementia care environment.
