Person Centred Care: More than just a theory
Join Lisa Hee as she explores the objectives of the Person Centred Care model, and has a detailed look at how it can be implemented in your work setting, particularly when caring for people living with dementia.
Person centred care is a phrase that is commonly heard today within a variety of health care settings. In this Guest Lecture, case studies will be used to demonstrate how easy it is to implement and demonstrate the benefits for both staff and clients when implemented. Interaction during this session will be encouraged as we can work together to enable you to continue this in your work environment.
