This workshop is designed for staff who work directly with people living with dementia. They will gain practical skills and a deeper understanding of dementia and its impact on the brain.

Learning Outcomes
"By the end of the workshop, participants will have:
- Increased understanding of dementia and its effects on the brain
- Increased knowledge of changed behaviour and practical approaches staff can use to respond to change behaviour, such as the ABCDE tool
- Greater awareness of the impact of staff communication and unmanaged pain on behaviour
- Understand the critical role staff play in accurately reporting and documenting changed behaviour. "
