This module has seven sections:

- In this section the importance of modifying risk factors is discussed.

Explaining the trajectory
- In this section the trajectory of dementia is discussed.

Developing a management plan
- In this section approaches to developing an individualised management plan are presented.

Responsive behaviours
- In this section a non-pharmacological approach to the assessment and management of changed behaviours is presented together with an overview of pharmaceutical management where necessary.

Caring for carers
- In this section the importance of caring for family carers is discussed.

Useful resources
- In this section you will have access to dementia resources useful in general practice.

Post-course quiz
- In this section you are invited to complete a survey to assist DTA to evaluate the Demystifying Dementia program.
