The Caring for Cognitive Impairment Campaign website has resources, strategies and tools to help health care services develop a strategic approach for improving care to patients with cognitive impairment and prepare for the inclusion of cognitive impairment in the NSQHS Standards V2.

The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care launched the campaign in 2016 to improve knowledge and care practices, provide better outcomes for patients with cognitive impairment, hospitals, staff and loved ones, reduce the risk of harm in hospitals and help prepare health services for the anticipated requirements of the NSQHS Standards V2, and the Delirium Clinical Care Standard released in July 2016.

The campaign website is updated regularly with new content and resources such as recordings of webinars and posting of health service case studies that showcase best practice and improvement.
