Learning Outcomes

By completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • describe Responsive Behaviours and current evidence-based recommendations to support a person with dementia who is experiencing responsive behaviours
  • utilise DTA resources to assist with the optimisation of medication management of responsive behaviours
  • identify beneficial and detrimental effects associated with antipsychotic medications when used for responsive behaviours

A completion certificate for CPD credit is awarded upon completion of this module.
